3. What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% deposit via T/T, balance against B/L copy. For long-term partners, we offer flexible payment solutions including L/C and net terms after credit evaluation.

4. How do you ensure product quality?

Our facility is TUV certified. We perform 100% material inspection, in-line QC during welding/coating, and final load-bearing tests before shipment.

5. What is the typical lead time?
